About Shapr3D
Shapr3D is an innovative 3D modeling tool for industrial designers, engineers, product managers, manufacturers, and other design professionals. But it’s much more than that. Shapr3D is on the mission of reinventing the CAD industry that got stuck in the past. We’re building a 3D modelling app that works for the users, instead of holding them back. We want people to be able to design anywhere they want, the way they want.
We’re dead serious about defining the next 30 years of the industry with our intuitive 3D design product. We don’t want to be something for everyone, we want to be everything for some people. And how do we do it? We listen to our users. We experiment. We break things. But that’s fine. We’re building a product that breaks the mold.
About the product
Stop reading for a minute and look around you. What objects do you see? A laptop? A cup? Maybe a lamp? Have you ever wondered how these objects were designed? Chances are that all these everyday objects were created using a CAD (computer aided design) program. These legacy software have been around for ages, and while they’re still widespread, they don’t accommodate today's changing needs.
