Data management and analyst intern in procurement

Tasks

This internship is excellent opportunity, if you are interested to discover procurement environment focusing on data management within an international company.

As a Data management & Analyst (Buyer assistant Intern), you will be in charge of supporting the Plastic component European team around 3 aspects:
• 1/ Data management (data quality, updates, tools…): Support the buyer in data collection and animation.
• 2/ Support buyers in administrative tasks elaborating cost analysis and in implementing data.
• 3/ Management of “small” suppliers’ day to day business.

You will be interacting with different entities: Finance, plants, buyers from other categories, suppliers. The scope of the job is European.

Main missions
 Support data collection related to plastic with buyers
 Support the team to improve data quality and processes to collect information all along the milestone during the year
 Propose some solutions to improve the data management in terms of quality and accuracy
 Propose some solutions to ease the process & workload of the teams in terms of digitization (RPA, reporting etc.) working closely with the central IT teams and in accordance with Schneider Electric Policy
 Support buyer for additional administrative missions
ELVÁRÁSOK
• Ongoing university studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data management, Management, Economics, IT or any related field
• High-level of Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel skills
• High-level of English language knowledge, as your team and the suppliers are internationals!
• High interested in IT topics
• Being able to think and solve problems quickly
• Love being challenged
• Be autonomous as your team is outside Budapest, but entire team will be connected to you through TEAMS!
• Enjoy making a good- looking excel sheets, presentations, reports
• It is a plus, if you have already gained some work experience in this field, but don’t worry, if you don’t have any - apply and gain your first experiences here, at Schneider Electric!

• Be able to work at least 24 hours/week, flexible working hours
• Mainly home office (office presence required 2 or 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)
• Gross salary: 1800/hour

Work Environment:
 Budapest Office
 Composition of the team: 12 people (6 in Budapest, 1 in Italy, 3 in France, 1 Poland)
 Direct manager will be based in Grenoble, France.
 Other procurement people in Budapest office.
 Business trips may occur in Europe if necessary
