Technical Writer
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team of consultants to work in the telecommunications industry.
What would be your tasks as a Technical Writer?
- Creating and updating product information based on various forms of input for new and existing products from global companies
- Collaborating with software developers, reviewers, editors, and other writers to ensure consistent, seamless, and integrated documentation
- Publishing the relevant internal and external customer product information libraries
- Ensuring that product information is technically reviewed and verified for each development milestone, correcting trouble reports
- Participating in required meetings with active engagement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc./M.Sc. or ongoing education in English Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field
- Work experience in technical writing or technical information or technical support area
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Analytic thinking, thoroughness, and good communication skills
- Critical thinking skills to seek customer problems
- Good ability in multi-tasking and independent problem solving
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE
- Able to learn about new products, technology, and tools quickly
- Experience with XML and Dita
- Opennes to telecommunication industry
