Tasks

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our users
  • Customer Experience: Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience by empathetically addressing user inquiries and concerns, always striving to exceed their expectations
  • Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assessments of our applications to identify and report bugs, glitches or usability issues
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps and issue resolution, ensuring a knowledge base for future reference
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements in our IT support processes and tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support, customer service or a related field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch support
