PROCESS ENGINEER

/ Set up, roll out and evolve manufacturing processes
/ Boost productivity and pinpoint opportunities to automate tasks in crucial areas
/ Work with detailed specifications and choose the best concepts to implement new and improved processes
/ Identify and verify critical process controls and preventive measures using 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, and SWOT
techniques
/ Define areas to improve quality and coordinate changes with actual costs, yield, failure rates and KPIs in
mind
/ Select machine suppliers and calculate return on investment
/ Drive efforts to implement approved and launched projects
/ Draft and actualize work instructions and teach technical regulations
/ Prepare and update production-related documentation in line with the supplier manual, internal
guidelines and applicable standards
You are a good fit, if you have:
/ A BSc or MSc in mechatronics or electrical, mechanical or automation engineering
/ Three to five years’ experience in a similar position
/ A solid technical background in wire bonding, automation and robotics, AOI systems, dispensing technologies,
PLCs and sensors
/ Fluent spoken and written English skills and a firm grasp of technical language
/ A creative, inquisitive outlook paired with a systematic approach to problem solving
/ A collaborative mindset and the ability for working in cross-functional teams
